Emily passed her final RN exam on August 1! We're very proud!

We've been fostering a nine-year-old dachshund named Tiny for six months now. We're starting to think we might keep him! Considering how he digs in our backyard -- and how clouds of dirt follow him around -- we think he should be called Pig-Pen!
Paul found this little ragamuffin walking down busy Scenic Highway in Pensacola when he was driving to work one day in December. She was dirty and matted and her hair was tangled with vines. Paul picked her up and drove her home, and Emily cleaned her up. Emily discovered the little dog had no teeth, so we named her Edentée (French for "toothless") -- we call her Edie for short. She's a fine little old lady who hops and tap dances when she gets hungry. We also call her Lolly and Kitten. Emily says she is "smitten with the Kitten!"
